saganist09 asked: Hey there :) I have a Doctor Who question. I just found out the Doctor Who is available on Netflix which has made me ecstatic considering I've been wanting to watch it for so long. My question is, will I ruin things for myself by watching some of the middle seasons as opposed to starting from the 70s episodes? Or can I just go ahead?
I might not be the best person to ask, since I jumped right into “New” Who, and haven’t seen any of the previous work.
Not because I haven’t wanted to, though- I’m just too busy flailing at the amazingness of the new stuff, and the fact that (I’m pretty sure) Netflix pulled a lot of the old/original stuff back in December.
But there’s really no consequence from starting off with Season One/9th Doctor, as you begin to catch onto things really quickly. I say go for it!

Also: comics. Mostly The Flash, Green Lantern, and Batman
